Returns and Refunds

At VaccPack, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
• To initiate a return, please download and fill out the return form by pasting the following link into a new browser tab. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0927/4045/2665/files/VaccPack_Return_Form.docx?v=1743282336 
• The item must be in unused condition and free from any damages. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or damaged.

2. How to Return:

• Once you’ve completed the return form, email it to us at contact.vaccpack@gmail.com.
• After receiving your form, we will review the details and get back to you with further instructions.
• Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs or any other fees associated with the return shipment. (Return address: 3010 Eden Ave E114 Cincinnati, OH 45219)

Non-Eligible Returns:

• We do not accept returns for products that have been used, altered, or washed.
• We also cannot accept returns if the product shows signs of wear or damage.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
